Elvis In Concert September 9th - 14th 1970
September saw Elvis' first extended tour of the USA since 1957, the Imperials were unable to join Elvis as they were booked in Nashville for studio work, so the Hugh Jarrett Singers took their place, Jarrett was a former member of the Jordanaires. RCA and M.G.M were both on hand to film the show in Phoenix.

Following the show, there was an end of tour party on the 12th floor of the Admiral Shimms Hotel in Mobile, Alabama. Many Elvis fans managed to gate crash to wick amused Elvis.
The next afternoon Elvis flew back to Graceland to rest before his next short tour in November.
